Observing 11 years of airing in June, the 2020 edition of the “All Things Real Estate” (ATRE) radio show will bring content from some of the nation’s best business, non-profit, community, and real estate leaders. The guest commentators on this week’s show are emblematic of the quality of professionals who have helped to make ATRE a destination that people from all over the country turn to each Sunday.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey, his guest co-host—Jason Rogers, the President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association—and their guests for a Presidents’ Day-inspired discussion of home construction, real estate, business and community issues important to home buyers, sellers and owners.
Real Estate Broker Observations: Speaking to the Presidents’ Day show theme, Rey will offer some thoughts on how the hard work and accomplishments over the years of many of our nation’s leaders can inspire real estate professionals in their efforts to assist home buyers and sellers.

Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association News: Rey will be joined by Jason Rogers, the 2020 President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), and a member of the team of professionals at Santa Fe’s premier high end appliance dealer—Sierra West Sales—for a discussion of home construction issues important to the agenda of the members of the SFAHBA. Jason will also offer a summary of the SFAHBA’s major public events in 2020, including the staging of the “Home Show” on March 14-15. Jason will also highlight the elements of this year’s edition of the nationally-known “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” tour staged in August. In the spirit of Presidents’ Day Jason will also update the audience on what he and his colleagues have already accomplished in early 2020, as he leads the SFAHBA. For the 10th year in a row, the SFAHBA is continuing in 2020 as a corporate supporter of, and content provider for, the “All Things Real Estate” radio show. As a reminder, tune in to the SFAHBA’s weekly radio show “Green Building”—airing just before the “All Things Real Estate” program—at 11 am (Mountain Time) each Sunday on KTRC’s 1260AM and 103.7FM (also heard at the same time via the “Listen Now” link at
Rich Duran Plumbing & Heating – Associate Member Of The SFAHBA: Rich Duran, Owner of Rich Duran Plumbing & Heating, will join Rey and Jason in a continuation of the Presidents’ Day-inspired discussion of a variety of real estate and business issues. As an Associate Member of the SFAHBA, Rich is very much aware of the value of not only the association’s commitment to the community, but also the upcoming “Home Show” event. Rich’s company is known for offering superior plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Santa Fe, NM area. Home owners—in particular—who are looking to install a new boiler, or just need to tune up their current system, can count on the experience and expertise that Rich’s team bring to the properties they service.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers. An ongoing recommendation that Rey offers is to see his listing of a 10-acre parcel of land, just nine miles east of Abiquiu, and situated above the Rio Chama, with 360-degree vistas (for information, see the “Unique Destination” section on

Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 3022 Siringo Rondo South, which his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Emily Garcia is holding open for the public on Sunday afternoon. This modern four-bedroom, two-bath home offers a fabulous great room off the kitchen, a one-car garage, and a terrific floor plan. Located in central Santa Fe, this 1,801 sq.ft. residence is move-in ready and priced to sell.

In the second hour of the show, join Scott Robinson, Mortgage Sales Manager at the Santa Fe office of the Gateway Mortgage Group, NMLS 202265, as he hosts his second monthly broadcast of 2020. On the third Sunday of each month, Scott and his guests will offer commentary on a variety of mortgage issues, important to home buyers who use a lender in the process of purchasing a home. Each month, Scott will provide a review of the state of the mortgage market, as well as useful tips that can benefit consumers, whether they are first-time home buyers, experienced home owners, or are seeking a second-home investment property. This Sunday, Scott and his guests will offer commentary that speaks to the theme of “love.” Joining Scott in conversation are Gateway Mortgage Group Loan Originator Assistant Ashley Hurtado; a “happy client” of Scott’s firm; as well as Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Gary Bobolsky. Scott will also offer his thoughts on how international events can impact the real estate and mortgage markets, in ways that people “love.” The Gateway Mortgage Group is one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the country, doing its entire mortgage servicing in-house. This business element is important, since it means that Gateway’s customers work directly with them until the time their loan is paid. The Gateway Mortgage Group is located at 502 West Cordova Road, Suite 1, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. All loans are subject to program guidelines and final underwriting approval.
