This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby’s International Realty’s Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660), as well as a variety of special guests who offer news, information, and commentary on current real estate, business, and community issues, important to homeowners, buyers, and sellers.

In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his special guest, Drew Lamprich, the Vice President and Qualifying Broker of the Sotheby’s International Realty Santa Fe brokerage, for a discussion of a variety of current real estate issues inspired by an historic event.
This Sunday marks the 58th anniversary (May 22, 1964), when President Lyndon Johnson laid out his policy plan, which he coined a “Great Society.” Among many other things, Great Society policies ultimately led to the creation of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal agency responsible for national policy and programs that address America’s housing needs, that improve and develop the nation’s communities, and enforce fair housing laws.
The work of the brokers of Sotheby’s International Realty is—in many ways—focused on “addressing America’s housing needs, and improving and developing the nation’s communities.” As such, Rey and Drew will talk about the efforts of the company’s brokers, the listings they offer to home buyers, and the important role that the brokerage plays in furthering the economy of the city and the state.
Rey will also invite Drew to offer his observations on the state of the real estate market as we close out the month of May, and also share his vision for the future, as he leads the company’s Santa Fe real estate brokerage.
Assuming his role—in January 2022—as Vice President and Brokerage Manager, Drew is leading more than 100 brokers affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, in its three offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Drew began his career with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 as an accomplished associate broker offering concierge service and maximizing on the strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand coupled with his local Santa Fe knowledge. Drew currently serves as the 2022 vice president of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, and will assume the role of its president in 2023. He has been on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors board of directors since 2019 and the New Mexico Association of Realtors board of directors since 2020. In 2018, Drew was honored with the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Rising Star award.
“Drew Lamprich’s experience and intimate knowledge of the Santa Fe market made him a natural choice to assume the role and he will be an invaluable asset to the company, the brokers in the local market, and their clients,” notes Philip A. White, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty.
