The weekly broadcast of the “All Things Real Estate” (ATRE) radio show and podcast, is committed to bringing timely and informative content to the public from some of the nation’s best business, non-profit, community, government, entertainment and real estate leaders.

The program features its main host and Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker—Rey Post (NM REC License #45660), as well as other real estate professionals who occasionally host the program each month. Since 2009, the show’s hosts—joined each week by a variety of guest commentators—have made ATRE a favorite weekend destination for listeners from all over the country.

On this weekend’s broadcast of the ATRE show, join Rey and his special guest, Ashley Strauss-Martin, General Counsel for the New Mexico Association of Realtors® (NMAR) and owner of Real Estate Law Associates and New Mexico Escrow Solutions.

New Mexico Association of Realtors Update + Seller Financing:

In her role as General Counsel for NMAR, Ashley Strauss-Martin, will reflect on a variety of current real estate and legal issues important to home owners, buyers, sellers and Realtors, that occurred during the first part of the 2nd quarter of 2026. Ashley will also offer her observations on the state of the real estate market in New Mexico.

As owner of Real Estate Law Associates and New Mexico Escrow Solutions, Ashley focuses on seller financing and—during the broadcast—will discuss the various seller financing instruments used in New Mexico, as well as the seller-financing process.

Among many other tasks as General Counsel of NMAR—Ashley writes, or reviews all NMAR Forms (NMAR promulgates the real estate forms used in most residential and commercial transactions throughout the state); runs the NMAR Legal Hot Line, providing legal information for NMAR’s members; and serves as an expert witness before the New Mexico state legislature on bills she has drafted.

Rey is very pleased that Ashley is a quarterly commentator on the ATRE radio program in 2026.
