The weekly broadcast of the “All Things Real Estate” (ATRE) radio show and podcast, is committed to bringing timely and informative content to the public from some of the nation’s best business, non-profit, community, government, entertainment and real estate leaders.
The program features its main host and Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker—Rey Post (NM REC License #45660), as well as other real estate professionals who occasionally host the program each month. Since 2009, the show’s hosts—joined each week by a variety of guest commentators—have made ATRE a favorite weekend destination for listeners from all over the country.
On the show airing this Saturday and Sunday, join Rey and his special guests—interior designer Buffy Kline the owner of WDG Interiors, and insurance professional and principal at Jacobs Allstate Family Insurance, for a conversation about the three best steps to take to achieve in interior design success and wildfire protection at one’s home.
Interior Design Update:
Buffy’s inspired approach to the world of interior design, connects her clients to all the ways that they can enhance their homes. For this weekend, Buffy will offer her thoughts on the 3 best steps to take to achieve interior design success at your home. Besides speaking to the theme of the show, Buffy will also update the listeners on current interior design issues that are presenting themselves in April.
Buffy is a highly experienced Interior Designer with over 25 years of expertise in the field. Buffy’s dedication to her craft is evident in her impressive credentials, including the NCIDQ Certificate and a license as an Interior Designer in the state of New Mexico. She has a diverse portfolio, having worked on various projects ranging from model home design and installation to custom home design, construction, and even condominium design and development.
Among her areas of expertise, Buffy is particularly skilled in custom kitchen design, where she oversees the entire process, from conception to installation. Additionally, her talent extends to crafting custom furniture, adding a personal touch to her projects.
For the past 30 years, Buffy has been a pillar of the Santa Fe community, where she owns and operates the esteemed firm, Wiseman & Gale & Duncan. She has left a lasting impact on her profession, serving as the former President of the New Mexico ASID Chapter and maintaining her status as a current Professional Member of ASID.
Buffy’s design philosophy is deeply rooted in client satisfaction and personalization. She believes in creating living spaces that reflect her clients’ goals and needs. Wildfire Prevention & Fire Proofing:
Ned Jacobs of the Quezada Jacobs Family Allstate Insurance Agency, LLC is always available to offer consumers some useful information about how to protect your home and property from wildfires through fire proofing your home, wildfire prevention, and wildfire safety.
And to further the knowledge level of Realtors in our community, the A-Team Affiliates of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR) is hosting a wildfire awareness discussion on May 12, 2026 at 11:30am to 1pm. Produced by Gardenia Jungle Foundation, the event will take place at SFAR’s office, located at 510 N. Guadalupe Street, Suite E in Santa Fe. The event will feature a discussion of the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) certification process as described in the publication About – Wildfire Prepared Home – A Program of IBHS. In addition, Ned’s firm is offering a new publication to their clients, in lieu of Ready-Set-Go, since it is the New Mexico Technical Standard (contact Ned for a copy of this publication: nedjacobs@allstate.com). Presenters at the May 12th event, include Melissa Robertson, Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist, and George Ducker, Wildfire Prevention & Communications Coordinator with the New Mexico Forestry Department. As a note: the IBHS certification and inspection process has been officially adopted in New Mexico, California, Nevada, and Oregon. The information shared at this event, aids Realtors in their efforts to better inform home owners, buyers and sellers on this critical issue.

National Award:

Giving Back to the Community:
Since 2009, the “All Things Real Estate” (ATRE) radio show has offered air time to a variety of Santa Fe non-profit and community organizations. Representatives from organizations are able to use the ATRE program to share news and information with northern New Mexico residents about their services and activities. Over the years, some of the highly-regarded non-profit organizations featured on the ATRE program are: —New Story; Native Treasures Art Market; Cornerstones Community Partnerships; Think New Mexico; Las Campanas Compadres; the Santa Fe Concorso; Kitchen Angels; Creative Santa Fe; Dollars4Schools; and Youthworks. Senior Officers of the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center, have also served as commentators on the program. In addition, Santa Fe’s new Mayor, Michael Garcia, made his first visit to the ATRE show in February 2026, speaking to the programs, events and community activities important to the residents of the city. In 2019, the Town of Taos collaborated with ATRE, in a year-long information series—sponsored by the Taos Ski Valley—called “This Is Taos.” Designed to offer useful information about this historic northern New Mexico community, the monthly show earned high marks from the public. Among the companies and non-profit organizations joining in supporting this monthly show series were: Taos Mesa Brewing; the Taos Center for the Arts; the Taos Arts Council; the Taos Gallery Association; the Taos Opera Institute; as well as Taos Behavioral Health, the Strong at Heart, and Taos MainStreet Accelerator projects.
